上野树里和林健人共同主演的荣获第14届当代故事新人奖的帕鲁斯绫子的小说《邻居X》正在被拍成电影。影片名为《邻居X：可疑女友》，将于12月1日起在东京、新宿皮卡迪利等全国各地上映。
